Your current plan either doesn't allow you to use your inclusive data allowance as a personal hotspot (also known as "tethering") or you have exhausted the monthly Personal Hotspot allowance your plan offers. To use your phone this way, you'll need a Personal Hotspot Add-on or to change to a price plan that offers a bigger allowance.

Don't have a Personal Hotspot Add-on?
You'll need to buy a Personal Hotspot Add-on via your My3 account before you can use your phone as a Personal Hotspot. You can do this on your Three mobile by going to mobile.three.co.uk/my3/addons

Need a bigger Personal Hotspot allowance?
If you need to buy a bigger Personal Hotspot Add-on, or want to change to a plan with a larger inclusive Personal Hotspot allowance, you can do this on your Three mobile by going to mobile.three.co.uk/account/my3/allowc. Please note, if you've been on your current plan for more than 2 years you'll need to phone us to change your price plan. You can do this by either dialling 333 from your Three mobile or 0333 300 3333 from any other phone.
